2. Website delivery and server logs

This website and its contact endpoint are hosted using IONOS Web Hosting, provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

IONOS processes the referrer, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and an IP address that is anonymized when collected. IONOS states that this data is used for website security, stability and quality, retained for eight weeks, not passed to third parties and not transferred outside the European Union.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interests are secure, stable and reliable website operation.

3. Contact inquiries

The contact form collects an optional name, email address and message. This information is used only to respond to the inquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps and protect the form from misuse. Please do not include sensitive personal data or unrelated personal information in the message.

A temporary form-start timestamp is checked to identify implausibly fast or stale submissions. It is used only during submission validation and is not included in the email notification.

For abuse prevention, the contact endpoint temporarily uses a pseudonymous value derived from the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. The application does not add the raw IP address to the inquiry email or a separate inquiry database.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication and abuse prevention.

Inquiry data that does not lead to a contract is deleted no later than six months after the inquiry is concluded, unless it is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If an inquiry leads to a contract, relevant records are retained for the applicable German commercial and tax retention periods.

4. Email delivery

Contact-form inquiries are sent by the IONOS hosting mail infrastructure to the SardjIT business mailbox. The form submission is not copied into Google Sheets or a separate website inquiry database. The resulting email is retained only as described for contact inquiries above.

5. Data minimisation

The website requests only the information needed to respond to an inquiry. A company name, telephone number and project category are not required. The privacy acknowledgement confirms that the user has read this policy; it is not used as the legal basis for processing the inquiry.

6. Cookie Policy

This website does not use third-party analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking cookies. It does not load third-party marketing pixels, videos or social-media embeds.

IONOS SiteAnalytics provides aggregate, cookie-free statistics using anonymized technical access data. IONOS states that SiteAnalytics does not store personal visitor data or create profiles that identify individual visitors.

Language selection is implemented through separate English, German and Macedonian URLs. The website does not store the selected language in cookies or local browser storage.

Because the website does not currently use cookies, local browser storage or non-essential tracking, it does not display a cookie-consent banner. If such technology is introduced in the future, it will remain disabled until any legally required consent has been obtained.

7. Recipients

Personal data may be received by IONOS as the website hosting and mail infrastructure provider and by professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. Data is not sold.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

9. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. The contact endpoint requires an approved request origin, checks browser fetch metadata and content type, restricts input sizes, validates required fields, uses a server-side file-backed rate limit and sends plain-text notifications to reduce misuse and injection risks.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The date shown above identifies the current version.
